Let Off the record be your host for your next event.

Terms and Conditions / Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing our private event services. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before making a reservation.

Event Dates and Availability:

  • We private events on the customer's preferred date, subject to availability.

Event Details and Pricing:

  • Each person receives a 5-course meal for $100 per person.

  • Guests are allowed to bring their own adult beverages.

  • Standard events accommodate 8-10 people. For larger groups, pricing and event format can be negotiated.

  • By attending the event, you waive any and all claims and causes of action against Off the Record LLC, including those related to bodily injury.

Menu Information:

  • We offer three rotating menus: Colombian Fusion, South East Asian, and Mexican Wannabe.

  • Each menu has a vegetarian version. For inquiries about dietary restrictions, including gluten-free options, please contact us via email or Instagram.

Additional Details:

  • Photographers may be present at some events for media purposes.

Event Location:

  • The location of the event is coordinated by the customer.

  • We offer our location as an option, but is limited to 8 people per event. There will be a $20 extra charge per guest. The location address will be given to the customer closer to the date of the event. As a reference we are located in Williamsburg Brooklyn, NY.

Reservation and Payment:

  • We require a 20% deposit based on the total amount of the event. This amount is reflected toward the final invoice. Sales tax will be charged.

  • Upon reservation, an invoice will be sent, directing you to the preferred form of payment.

  • The invoice will direct you to a Venmo link.

  • The final amount will be charge 1 week before the event date. This is to have enough time for guest count changes or any updates regarding the event.

Cancellation Policy:

  • For a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 1 week in advance of the dinner date.

  • Cancellations made 3 days in advance are eligible for a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 3 days before the event date are not refundable.

By attending the event, you waive any and all claims and causes of action against Off the Record LLC, including those related to bodily injury.
